Welcome to IP WEB TECH. By using our shared hosting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using any services provided by IP WEB TECH ("the Company"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, along with any applicable policies or guidelines available on our website.

2. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to the individual or entity using the shared hosting services.
  • "Services" refers to shared hosting services offered by IP WEB TECH.
  • "Content" refers to any data, files, or information hosted by the Client on our servers.

3. Use of Services

3.1. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Hosting or distributing illegal, harmful, or obscene content.
  • Using the service for spamming, phishing, or unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Hosting copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
  • Running resource-intensive scripts or applications that disrupt server performance.

3.2. Resource Usage

Clients must not exceed allocated bandwidth, storage, or other server resources as outlined in their hosting plan. Excessive use may result in service suspension or additional fees.

3.3. Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. The Company is not liable for any breach or unauthorized access due to weak passwords or compromised systems.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed on a recurring basis, as per the chosen plan.
  • Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle.

4.2. Late Payments

Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services. Reactivation fees may apply.

4.3. Refund Policy

  • Shared hosting services come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
  • VPS and dedicated services do not qualify for refunds or money-back guarantees.

5. Backups

  • IP WEB TECH performs daily backups for shared hosting services.
  • Clients are required to maintain their own backups of all data and content hosted on our servers. It is recommended that clients perform backups at least weekly to ensure data integrity.

6. Termination

6.1. By the Client

Clients may terminate their services at any time by providing written notice through their account portal.

6.2. By the Company

IP WEB TECH reserves the right to terminate services for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of this TOS or other policies.
  • Non-payment.
  • Any activity deemed harmful to the Company’s operations or reputation.

6.3. Data Retention

Upon termination, the Company is not responsible for retaining the Client’s data. Clients should back up their data before cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

IP WEB TECH shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Data loss, downtime, or unauthorized access caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold IP WEB TECH harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of the services.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the services after modifications constitute acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
