Database Management


Webuzo provides a user-friendly interface for managing databases, enabling you to perform essential tasks such as creating databases, adding users, and assigning privileges. Here's how you can manage your databases through the Webuzo Enduser Panel:

1. Accessing Database Management:

  • Log in to your Webuzo Enduser Panel.
  • Navigate to the Database section.

2. Creating a New Database:

  • Click on Add Database.
  • Enter the desired name for your database.
  • Click Create to establish the new database.

3. Creating a Database User:

  • Within the Database section, select Manage Databases.
  • Click on Create Database User.
  • Provide a username and password for the new user.
  • Click Create to add the user.

4. Assigning a User to a Database:

  • In the Database section, choose Add User to Database.
  • Select the user and the database to which you want to assign the user.
  • Specify the privileges (e.g., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE) you wish to grant.
  • Click Add to apply the changes.

5. Managing Existing Databases and Users:

  • To view current databases and users, go to Manage Databases and Manage Database Users.
  • Here, you can edit or delete databases and users as needed.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage your databases within the Webuzo environment.
